DCL transfer from POR

Anyone know what the normal pickup time is from POR to the port, please? Trying to work out if there will be time to do anything that morning, even if it's just a dip in the pool.

I believe you'll need to be in the lobby by 11:30am.

Since I am compulsively early, that puts us in the lobby from 11am with my family moaning at me, so that's more of a pool morning than a park morning, but that's ok.
