We buy a Christmas ornament as a souvenir from places we travel. I would like to hear about the different types of DCL Christmas ornaments that they sell on the ship. I hope that they have them for sale all year long as we are cruising in October. Can any of you provide any details?
We cruised at the beginning of 10/05, and the Christmas ornaments were already for sale. I believe there were several to choose from. The one I recall for sure was of the ship itself, in what appeared to be a blown glass style (3-dimensional).
We picked up a small plate ornament last year and the year before I got a ball ornament with a picture of the ship on it. The first year I ordered some Captain Mickey ornaments off ebay.
I got a Christopher Radko ornament of the ship a few years back in the store on board the Magic. It's beautiful and I love hanging it in front on the tree every year.
We also bought the Christopher Radko that is of the ship. We bought it in July, so Im sure you could find ornaments in Oct. I loved having it on my tree. They also had the round flat ornaments (I forget what designs were on them) that are similiar to the ones you can find at WDW and DL.
We cruised this past January and bought an ornament. Except it's been so long, I don't remember if we got the ship or one of the other ornaments! (or where I put it.....)
