On today show Rafe is telling Sami her grandmother could go to jail for changing the test. That this was serious matter and shooting a man in the head gets you a free pass I guess.

.They are going to have two Rafes soon. Rafe is going to be in an accident and one is going to recoupe and the real one is going to be locked up in the Dimera mansion. People are saying this the same story line Rafe played when he was on Passions. Never watched that one so it will be new to me.

Oh and I think I read his care taker is going to be Carly! So the fake Rafe falls for her I guess.

Hey, I just found this thread. I've been watching Days since I was 15 years old (long time ago!). I have stopped watching over stories that bother me, or favorite characters leaving but always, always find my way back to see what the residents of Salem USA are up to. I guess I'm hooked for life.

I didn't read the whole thread so forgive me if this has been brought up but is anyone else frustrated by the whole "this is all Carly's fault" storyline with Mrs. Brady and Kayla? Chloe and Philip sleep together, conceive a child, while Grandma Brady switches the paternity results but somehow the big mess that follows is all Carly's fault? I don't understand how the writers even came up with that!

I used to like Kayla and Mrs. Brady but these writers are ruining their characters. They seem like crazy, hateful loons. And Stephanie? She used to be so strong, now she's on her knees begging a man not to leave her? Come on!

But Vivian, Kate, and Stephano are as entertaining as usual. And I'm happy to see Victor up to his wicked self. I loved Phillip's parents reactions to his fling with Chloe. The older actors on Days are top knotch!

I agree that Kayla and Caroline are buffoons right now. It's not Carly's fault. She didn't switch the tests. That was Stephanie and Caroline's dirty work, which Kayla knew about. I think that Carly's offense was no where near as bad as theirs. They were the ones playing God with the whole situation all in an attempt for Stephanie to not lose Nathan. Come on. I think that Kayla should also be under review for knowingly letting this occur. She knew about the switched test results for months, when Carly was under the impression that they were accurate. Who should lose their medical license? Kayla. As for Mrs. Brady, perhaps she needs to see the inside of a jail cell for a few days. What about innocent Stephanie? Join grandma in the slammer for breaking into the hospital records.

Hi Everyone!

I guess I will put in my 2 cents worth as I am old enough that I remember back when Julie was a teenager. So that takes us back to the 60's.

Anyway I watch it periodically and I got the impression that Kayla is upset with Carly because she thinks she has come between Bo & Hope. I'm not sure of all the details so I could be wrong.

What bothers me at times is that there seems to be no type of age distinction. I mean one day someone is 5 and the next day they are in their 20's getting marriied. I'm not sure, but shouldn't Theo be older by now? It seems like he has been the same age for quite some time. I have to admit I get a kick out of Victor, Stepheno, Nichole and Vivian. I don't mind Chole to much. I actually liked her with Phillip better than I did with Lucas or this Daniel guy.
I enjoy reading your posts, it helps keep me up to date if I miss to many days.

I think there is something in the pub water that has done a number on all the Salem women.

You would never know Stephanie was that fiesty red head race car driver when she first came to town, so was E.J ...race car driver not read head.

And for Chad's faces, I think they are trying to make him into another John Black....which will never happen in my books. John always had the eye brow thing.

They have really got away from the old Days were the Horton's and the Brady's were good people. I miss the real storylines, stuff that is happening in the real world thown in. I remember the story line with Julie's son dating a black woman. That was taboo back then. And couples falling in love not just falling in bed.

Don't like Will and Gabby together either, no chemistry there at all.

And poor Johnny....I hate that story line. That was another thing they did wrong . When Johnny was in the hospital the first time Caroline should have been there, she didn't even know. Heck people were always running to the hospital in groups when someone was sick.

The guy who played Nathan is off the show, so unless he's recast and soon, I'm going to guess no one.

Well Theo should be older than Cierra BUT the same little boy has been playing him for as long as I can remember. But Cierra was aged...

And lets not forget the EJ should be about the same age as Will.

And don't get me started about how Chad should be in his 30's if we are to believe the time line that he would have been convieced.

I might be the only one but I like Chad... it is one of my favorite storylines. My heart breaks for the guy, mom died, dad doesn't want him, new dad does but he is already so hurt

Caroline, Kayla and Stephanie.... what happened? They used to be such strong women and no like others said... bitter and angry, and Steph so needy!

I know I am not going to like the Rafe storyline.

And I know Sami should pay but please tell EJ sorry bud you raped me, kidnapped my daughter, told me she was dead I think we are even... but then I want them to get back together.

Overall I think it has been good lately... would love Jack to come back!

Yes Jack and Jennifer are still married, but Jack has left her to go on a "walkabout" in Australia to find himself. She is a tad miffed about that.

I thought there would be a love story with her and the transplant dr, but he is leaving the show next month. The whole warden/organ transplant scheme will be done by them, thank goodness.

I've been disappointed with Kayla's return this time. Certainly no "sweetness".

Nathan mentioned John Hopkins yesterday, my bet is he will go there. Not sure where that leaves Melanie, if they would write her off to go with him or pair her up with someone else. Alot of lose ends right now with couples.

You know Rafe and Nicole were civil to each other today, they interacted alot , even though I heard it was going to be Carly as a care giver wonder it it is Nicole instead. That would be good. It would drive Sami crazy for sure.
