Days for Brunch and High Tea on Magic?

I wish this board's search function were working...

I'm trying to figure out the best days to request Palo reservations for dinner, brunch, and high tea, for each of the three possible rotations.

I know that dinner is offered in Palo every night. What about brunch and high tea? Right now, I'm going on the assumption that brunch and high tea are on all three days at sea -- Sunday, Monday, and Thursday -- and on no other days. Am I correct?

How does the character meal schedule relate to the dining rotation?

We had our Palo brunch on Sunday on the Magic. It was a light day for attendance, but a heavy day at sea.

Be aware, that during certain times of the year (if not all... we were 4/2002), the sea currents are strong for the first day or so and you can get bouced around.

It was fun(!?) to go to the buffet while bracing yourself as the boat rocked...

That's what happened to us, YMMV.

On the Eastern Caribbean itinerary, the days at sea are Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. And those are the days on which the Palo Brunch and High Tea are offered. They have not announced whether the Brunch and High Tea will be offered on sea days on the Western Caribbean itinerary. There may be some variance because some of the port calls will not be made until noon or so.

Likewise with the Character Breakfast, we do not know which days they'll be offering that on the Western Caribbean itinerary. As for the Eastern...

Your head server will give you tickets to a Character Breakfast. He will usually distribute these tickets at the end of dinner on Saturday night. Your tickets will be for your assigned table and an assigned seating:

<nl><li>If you have early dinner seating, your Character Breakfast will be at 8:15am.
<li>If you have late dinner seating, your Character Breakfast will be at 9:45am.</nl>

Your Character Breakfast will be on your first "sea day" after your first dinner in Animator's Palate. Thus:

<nl><li>If you have the APLAPLA rotation, your Character Breakfast will be on Sunday morning.
<li>If you have the LAPLAPL rotation, your Character Breakfast will be on Monday morning.
<li>If you have the PLAPLAP rotation, your Character Breakfast will be on Thursday morning.</nl>
