Last night dh looked over my proposed schedule and suggested that the kids may want to go to MK first thing on our first day. Not a problem for me...I can't wait to see their faces when we walk in! 
However, we have an 8:15 breakfast at CRT on Day 2, after which the plan was to start touring in Fantasyland and continue on using the UG touring plans, if possible.
Unfortunately on neither of these days can we spend all day at the parks even if we wanted to. Booohooo. My favourite park is having to be split up into 1/2 day visits (Day 1, 2 and another day later on in the holiday.)

My questions are, on Day 1, where should we head to first and concentrate our touring since we're only there till around midday.
And, most of the UG plans involve an early start. While this is very sensible, how does one alter the plan? Do you just pick up where you left off?
