I just rented a villa for next year via David's DVC Rentals. Do I receive any of the member benefits that owners receive such as DVD rentals, etc?

You will receive all the normal benefits of staying in an onsite Disney property -- DME, MDE, free theme park parking, access to DDP, EMH, billing to your room...etc.

You will not receive DVC Member benefits like pool hopping, dining and shopping discounts, etc.
