I'm really excited--I've been working on this for the past 3 days and I think I finally have our food items! Of course, we still have our tasting in 2 months time, so that may eliminate some things, but at least I know what I want to try for the tasting! 
Here we go!:
Hors d'Oeuvres for Cocktail Hour:
-Assorted Cheese and Fruit Platters
Reception Buffet:
-Smokey Portobello Soup (recipe from Artist Point in Wilderness Lodge)
-Build-Your-Own Salad Station
-Mickey-roni & Cheese
-Mashed Potato Martini Bar with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes
-Seasonal Vegetable Medley
-Roasted Chicken with Applewood Bacon, Caramelized Shallots, Apple and Cabernet Reduction (from Down by the Sea with Ariel menu)
-Beef Tenderloin with Tomato Hollandaise Sauce (recipe from Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom)
-Sauteed Potato Gnocchi with Grilled Eggplant, Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto Broth, and Parmesan Cheese (recipe from Le Cellier Canada, EPCOT)
-Rolls & Butter
Desserts:
-Wedding Cake (Lemon Cake with Raspberry filling and Orange Cake with Orange filling)

-Fresh Fruit Display with Biscotti and Warm Chocolate Ganache
-Warm Chocolate Banana Torte with Rum Glaze
-Petit Chocolate Bottom Cheesecakes

Phew! That's a lot of food!
But I'm a HUGE Disney foodie...so I had to have some of my favorites. I might add some additional non-chocolate desserts to the dessert party menu, because we have some chocolate haters!
But everything else seems pretty solid. What do you all think? Are you getting hungry?
