Okay, I'm trying to remember who Louie was paired with that he would make that comment about "tall" women. I really liked him, but thought he looked kindof like a snob. The same with Karina Smirnoff. She's my favorite dancer, but I think she would be a really difficult personality in real life.

He was with Lisa Rinna, then last season with Monique Coleman

Apollo's partner is the 18 year old(and she's actually pretty as well as good!)

Why does the world worship Paul McCartney? To start with, most women that were under the age of 30 in the 1960s were in love with him. And, he's a Beatle. That will never change.

I am suspicious of Heather, not just because of the Paul thing. On a TV discussion board a couple of people with artificial legs posted that her leg just won't come off when she's dancing, and it's also likely that it didn't give on her. In other words, the fall during practice was probably faked. Why did she even want to do the show? Did some agent tell her that America would "fall in love with her"? I'm sure she needs a little love, but don't think she will get it this way. I get that crazy Tatum O'Neal vibe from her.

Also wondering about Apolo, why is he doing the show? He's still actively competing, he really doesn't have the time. It won't do anything for his current career. Maybe he's planning to retire, and wants a media job? Doesn't matter though, he and his partner are adorable, and I'm glad they are on my TV.

Sounds like Billy Ray will be with us for a while. That will be a little more bearable if he would talk to Max about how to style long hair so it isn't in your face the ENTIRE dance!

Speaking of whom, loved Max and Laila. She is so incredibly gorgeous, and she danced really well. Probably my favorite, but I also loved Paulina and Alec. They are a good pairing, she's a hoot. Loved him saying "my father has your poster". Hope these two couples are in it for a while.

Others were entertaining for the most part. I did like the Fat One, but he wasn't as good as the judges thought.

Yeah, I'm rooting for the ladies this year, too! But Apolo can stick around.

I don't understand the Paul McCartney WORSHIP. People seem to act like he can do no wrong! And I'm not saying this because I like Heather because I don't! She seems very hoity-toity to me!

My favorites are Joey and Apolo! I didn't realize that Apolo was so HOT!!

I went to the DWTS message board, but I came back here because

I don't worship Sir Paul but I do have a LOT of respect for him. I watched him with his wife Linda for years and how dedicated he was to her till the day he died. What an amazing man... and he could've had anyone..including me. He was my very first crush back in the 60s, and I just think he is a doll.

I was actually happy when he met Heather, especially since I knew she was an amputee. I thought there he goes again... he never picks the PERFECT women but loves them nonetheless.

Then all the deceit came out... it didn't put her in a good light at all.

I don't have a clue what really happened between them and really don't care. All I know is they had a very public, BAD breakup and yes, people have taken sides. It's sad but it comes with the money and the territory.

My 2 cents!

That being said I think she did very well for a woman with a prosthetic! I have two GOOD legs and couldn't do that! It gives me hope!

Ian - Thought he did well for being the first one out.

Billy Ray - what a train wreck. He was so painful to watch.

Paulina - The jury's still out on her.

Joey - I enjoyed watching him.

Leeza - hmmmm, not sure.

Laila - She'll just get better and better.

John - loved his facial expressions. You could tell that he was enjoying himself, just like Joey. I hope that he stays for awhile. Was enjoyable and surprisingly good.

Shandi - don't care for her.

Clyde - so tall and gangly. Not that I mind tall men, my husbands tall. The jury's out on him also.

Heather - don't care for her either.

Apollo - Will he be able to hold up with his hectic schedules? I did think the did well for what little practice he had.

A week or two ago I saw a picture of Mario and Karina together. It was in In Touch, Us Weekly, or People, I can't remember which! Anyway, they were at Disneyland on the carousel!!!

I think I will also pick a favorite woman dancer. IIRC all the winners have been men. Although I love to see the men dance, I think it would be cool to see a woman win. I think the judges give the men more slack than the women.

Actually the winner of season one was Kelly Monaco of General Hospital. That didn't go over very well with the public who thought John Hurley should win so that had a dance off and Hurley won the 2nd time around. So in reality one woman has won and 2 men (Drew Lachey and Emmitt Smith.)

well she IS only balancing on one leg, so i'm sure once in a while she'll get a little off balance, espically when she's dancing around. nothing to do with the leg staying put or anything.

with Apolo, he probably just wanted to do it. if i was a celebrity and still doing whatever it was that i do(sports, tv, movies) i would do that and DWTS too

I agree with a pp who said it is unfair that Cheryl Burke always gets the young, popular guys who have the best potential. How come she never gets a Jerry Springer, or Cliff?

I'm gonna guess that the real competion this year is gonna be between Joey, Apollo, Laila, and Clyde. Ian, Paulina, and Shandi have potential, but I think they are a little too stiff to go the distance.

for some reason they're dancing again on Monday, and i think they're adding up the votes from last night and next Monday and then voting off someone, or maybe two people, i'm not to sure. i don't know why they didn't have the results tonight, but they did mention it on the show Monday night that they wouldn't be back again until next week.


am i the ONLY one who's going crazy because Apolo's performance is NOWHERE on youtube?? everyone else's is! i didn't get to record it, and i want to see it again.
