TK: Here is my suggestion on DVC. Rent someone's points first and stay DVC. I say that because I was convinced beyond anything I wanted DVC. But I learned that little things like not having my room cleaned daily and having to take my own trash out do matter to me. I know it's to each his own, but those things decided it for me. Plus, I'd have to finance DVC and I could not justify another loan.

I'm not trying to talk anyone out of it, but I know that DVC talks up the process, but you have to consider all angles.

It's a good idea to consider everything. I don't mind not having daily cleaning services or taking out my own trash on vacation, but the loan would be my issue.
