Hi guys. I've been pretty busy. Today is my son's 18th b-day and I had jury duty. Tomorrow is his Senior Class Night, Sat is his graduation party and Sunday is graduation. Monday I go back to jury duty. Hoping I'll be able to catch up soon.

Yes, my cats have their own bathroom, but they have to share if we have guests. It's actually our upstairs guest bathroom. And it's where the cats stay if their humans are all out of the house at the same time, since it has a window. It has their upstairs litter boxes, blankets in the tub and food and water dispensers. They also have food and water downstairs, as well as litter boxes downstairs. And it has toys, don't forget their toys, especially as their toys are spread all over the house! Yes, they are spoiled.

They do go to their room on command most of the time. They get treats for going without complaining, hiding or dawdling.

I wish they would learn to use the toilet, but then again, ScottyKitty thinks the toilet is just a large water bowl, so that might not be a good idea. He has solved the problem of seat up vs seat down though. It's always lid down in our house!

We had problems with the upstairs AC a couple of years ago. I felt like I was melting, but my clothes said otherwise.

We're just trying to stay relatively dry. It's been raining here for almost three days. DH has released water from our pool three times and expects to do it again tonight. He's rescued umteen frogs, toads and skinks from the pool - he lost count.

I'm ready to see the sun again! Is it still there? I'm here in my dreams.

I had a second interview with the same place as last week, except this time it was in the office that I'd be working in. It's a nice small office and I would be there by myself a lot of the time. The guy said that I should hear something in the next week or two. I'm giving them till Wednesday.

I'm having problems typing in the dark so I'll go now.

Cold this morning. There was frost on the edges of my bedroom window. But the sun is out and the birds are singing. Another cold frosty day in Melbourne.

It's the Queen's Birthday long weekend here. I'm looking forward to chill-axing. Nothing (much) planned aside from spending time with the family.

I had a second interview with the same place as last week, except this time it was in the office that I'd be working in. It's a nice small office and I would be there by myself a lot of the time. The guy said that I should hear something in the next week or two. I'm giving them till Wednesday.

It feels that way, doesn't it? I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the sun peek out earlier today. And then the rain slowly stopped. It's a good thing, because I was getting ready to look up Noah's number in the phone book to see if there was any room left in the ark!

We have 4 cats so I understand the toilet down rule. Our garage is dedicated to the cat boxes and stuff.

Four cats? Wow! I'm impressed. Two cats are plenty for me.

And it's raining again! I hope it clears us before the photography group meets at the park tomorrow. And I swear I hear someone setting off fireworks down the street, in the rain.
