Midnight? There was an unofficial line forming on the edge of the ACC property (outside the barriers) mid-afternoon on Wednesday in 2019 - roughly 43-hours before the doors opened on Friday morning and hours before the official line started in the basement. And that's how the old lines were handled: one for panels, another for the show floor/stores. Ah, memories.Doubtful Im already imagining one line for the crowd that needs to get into that morning panel, another line to buy merchandise from stores and yet another lines for general showfloor. All outside!! How are they going to enforce no overnight if they dont have staff there since the day before? People show up at midnight sometimes to get in.
I suspect that security will be a huge presence, in conjunction with Anaheim Police, to enforce the no overnight policy. How successful that will be is any ones guess. They are probably hoping that by offering RSP of reservations and VQs for the stores will take out a lot of the "camping" for hours. There will be staff around, both Disney and third-party - loading of the Expo takes a week. They chased off the unofficial line to the ACC property line in 2019, probably will happen again.
I'm personally dreading the mass of humanity trying to get into the ACC on Friday morning.
