Double checking.. this is noon or midnight? ThanksMore info on how the virtual queues and mobile checkout will work for expo shopping: https://d23.com/how-to-shop-at-d23-expo-2022/
They've mentioned StorePass in previous announcements, so I'm assuming this is in addition to store reservations for select limited edition items.

I think the system last time was woefully unfair. If your spot in the panel/store/signings queue opened up, you pretty much could grab as many as you wanted. Leaving little to nothing for people further down the queue. Plus, there was a bug in that queue software that people took advantage of. It would allow you to jump to the front of the queue. This year, they are following the Star Wars Celebration method, which at least seems more fair and more random and limits how many panels someone could get. I think there’s a better chance this year.I saw on my fb group they said no overnight lines. Anyone else worried about the chaos that will ensue? It'll probably be either one or 2 long lines outside in the sun. There go my chances of getting into the big panels. Yes we have reservations but I didnt get a reservation for any of the big panels last times and had to do overnight. The basement may be super cold but I'll take cold over hot in the sun for several hrs anyday.
Yeah, I wonder what that would look like?I think the system last time was woefully unfair. If your spot in the panel/store/signings queue opened up, you pretty much could grab as many as you wanted. They are also saying there will be standby lines. I think the standby lines for the first panel in the morning is where people will want to overnight. Last time they said no standby, so people freaked and they caved on the overnighting. If they enforce it, they could actually stop overnighting. We will see.

They likely will. I know the full schedule was available when the reservations went live last time.I wonder if they will release the full schedule of panels before 8/15 so we can at least see what we want to try to reserve before they open the reservation window on Monday. I tried to use the details from various releases to keep my chart updated, but I know there is a lot missing from my chart.
I saw that too!The Muppet panel is missing/pulled![]()
I saw that too!But there is a hole in the schedule where it should be, so I'm keeping up hope that it might still re-appear before reservations open. Also, there is gap in the programming for the Premiere Stage on Friday, too, for something else to be added. *fingers crossed*

I'm very curious about how they will handle this. I've been around long enough to remember when there was no line-ups before 5am in 2013 and how that worked out.
I mean, Anaheim PD will probably be enforcing the no-line outside the ACC but I'm wondering *how*. I also curious if this policy is also due to the staffing shortages Disney is experiencing, rather than for "health and safety". Hmm.
I have mixed feelings about the Reservation system, I've been fairly successful with the RSP system in the past but the field was much smaller (*cough*, Sorcerer and Haunted Mansion events). When I attempted reservations in 2019, I struck out totally. And I was only going for the smaller giveaways. And I'm trying to not fret about the virtual queue for the stores, since my only goal is literally the Marketplace for Friday.
2019 was bad. Not only could people get as much as they wanted once they were in the queue, but there was also a bug in the queue software that allowed people who knew the glitch to jump to the front of the queue. It was very unfair. I think this one will be more fair, since you can only choose 4 from each category and they are doing the random selection.
Doubtful Im already imagining one line for the crowd that needs to get into that morning panel, another line to buy merchandise from stores and yet another lines for general showfloor. All outside!! How are they going to enforce no overnight if they dont have staff there since the day before? People show up at midnight sometimes to get in.I think the system last time was woefully unfair.
