I had actually contemplated that... and then sort have ruled it out. I can spend the $100 bucks on bigger, better, souvies on my SHOP AROUND THE WORLD CHALLENGE. I think I may try to go somewhere with "Ball of Wax" in DC to get a massage. Perhaps cheaper. Maybe.

OK, here's the run down...

August 29th:

Lunch in Bethesdsa at a restuarant I can tell you later, (cuz my notes are not in front of me, and I can't remember the name of it) around 12:30 or so. I land in Baltimore at 11 something.

Metro to the Mall for a sightseeing something - yet to be determined. A memorial? Smith?? something...

Back on the Metro to Bethesda again, for dinner at Mon Ami Gabi around 7:00. Menus look GREAT, company EVEN B.E.T.T.E.R.

So it looks like you have something in common with Elvis........... you both attract more attention with full rippe usage!!! I guess that makes you.......The Queen! :

I was worried about trying Y&Y TS, but it was one of my favorite meals! The fried wonton dessert alone is worth a trip.

Oops! Almost missed ya, LL!! I think it will be a good choice for me. I can console myself of lacking BBQ with fried nummies.

Tamu Tamu only has one, as far as I can tell, REAL food option- a turkey foccacia thing. Which is good, but only one choice. I like choices.

YEP, they closed up Flame Tree for our trip, and doesn't open until Aug 19th, 5 days after we leave.

So how are you getting from MD down to Orlando? If driving, maybe you will come somewhere closer to my location (well, I guess that would be a given unless you're going WAYYYYY out of the way to get there, like via Arkansas!)

we did the CS last year and it was fine. Not earth shattering but I don't expect that from CS. Anywhere.

Loved the eggrolls and my shrimp lo mein, with a lovely African Amber, hit the spot.

And if you are really concerned about the food quality, wash it down with a Yak Attack, also available there. It should make everything taste better!

I'm flying from Dulles to MCO- NOT on AirSuckyTran, but on JetBlue. May they fly swiftly and not lose my bags. Amen.

DIS Radio has improved their lineup since I last streamed it, so I'm loving that! That's the same disc set I have!! I LOVE IT!! I just wish it had the ORIGINAL Tiki Room song, not the Under New Management one POC!!
