Cvs weekly 3/7-3/13

That was the weekend they came out. When we got plowed out the next day I was asking for newspapers at the stores and nobody had been open for them to be delivered.

I order 12 full inserts of all 3 different ones that week. It is terrible not to get your coupons.

The horrors I would have been freaking out!!!!

As my DH would say, "coupon humor, I don't get it"

It's one per household/card.

Depending upon what you have for coupons for your $4/$20 you could do the cereal combine it with the two tooth brushes and the nivea and come out with minimal OOP.

For example:

two Oral B $8
Nivea $2.99
Cereal $10
Total cost is $20.99
Less $4
Less $3 Kelloggs Coupons
Less BOGO Oral B
is $9.99

If you have any other coupons for example the BOGO Nivea Lip Balm that came out last month you could do really well with this one.

Bummer! Thanks for letting me know I have coupons for the J&J baby shampoo that's on sale this week, so I'll probably use that as a filler.

My receipt says that I have purchased 4 towards my limit and have 4 more to my next reward on the cereal deal. I need to go see if my CVS has more!

The limit is posted as 1, but it actually 2. I did the deal twice on both cards, so I have 16 boxes of almost free cereal

I got very very sick and then we went to the Bahamas for a short trip, but I am back now - Peggy is working today, she was shocked to see me in there so early, but I NEEDED that Purex lol

I hate that stuff! The pink bottle is sticky, the blue is okay, but that doesn't help us much lol I also hate the other two new ones. Food grade emu oil is the only way to go!

Saw Peggy earlier this afternoon to get free Purex. I only had three BOGOF coupons so I bought six packages and another Kelloggs cereal deal. No one was in line so we had time to chat while she rang me up. She said "the sweet blonde lady" was in earlier and bought as many or more Purex than I did! I knew exactly who she meant! I knew I didn't fly under the radar with Rob but now I know you don't either!! I had forgotten I had a bunch of Nabisco coupons from a month ago or longer until you posted today. (Thank you for jogging my memory on that one!) Hmmmm.......the shelves seemed to be bare!!! Can you imagine?? I wonder who they went home with??? So I had to take a detour north to Mahtomedi to see Anthony. Found ten boxes of Nabisco crackers/cookies on their shelves and had $10 in coupons to pay for them. Outstanding!!!

OMG, I've never been called a sweet blonde lady, I have to hug her some day if she'll let me - so sorry I wiped out all the Nabisco, the shelves were bare already, I had to add saltines

I tried to give my mom a box of Purex, she is like "oh no, I use Tide." So then I said they can go on an airplane, travel, etc. and she still insisted that she only uses Tide (sigh). I have all these friends who are hurting from the economy stuff and none of them are willing to try other products or do coupons or anything! I am ready to scream. We were seriously able to pay for our entire short vacation on drugstore savings alone. I gave my mom $200 worth of fish oil (they usually buy at Sam's Club so I used their price) and told her to take that amount of money and put it in a vacation fund.

Sorry for getting off-track, but I am so frustrated with people and their lack of motivation to help themselves today (and this thread is over so it won't bug anyone lol)
