That's the one they're referring to. Some stores will accept late CVS and/or mfg. coupons and some won't.

They're still scanning without beeping too.

Has anyone bought the Starbucks Frappuccino 4pks @ $5 each for this deal?

On Sunday I purchased 2 Mocha flavor and 2 Coffee flavor packs and the $10 ECB did not print. It showed that I had $10 towards this reward and needed $10 to earn the reward. The manager redid the transaction putting through my purchase as 4 packages of the Mocha flavor to get my receipt to finally say Amount towards reward $20 and my $10 ECB printed.

I go tonight to do the deal again and this time they had 4 packages of Mocha so I purchase all 4. Again my $10 ECB does not print. My receipt says Amount towards this Reward $30, Amount Needed to Earn Reward $10. This time the cashier just manually printed me a $10 ECB. The 4 packages of Starbucks was all that I purchased so my receipt clearly shows my total being $20.

I cannot figure out why this deal continues not to work when purchasing 4 of the 4pk Frappuccinos. Anyone else have this problem?

This is some kind of programming error, it's happened on some of the other deals too. EDIT: if you find 2 more, you will get another $10 now so they'd be free.

I'll have to head to WAGS for some floss, then. I was just noticing I was getting low!

So since it's a Wags coupon, plus a manu coupon, do I need a filler if I'm only planning on getting one package of floss? Wags rules confuse me.

You can use a Walgreens coupon (like the one in their ad) and a manufacturer's coupon on one item. So you shouldn't need a filler. My $1 coupon didn't even beep to be adjusted to .99. However, if you plan to pay for your transaction with a RR, THAT counts as a manufacturer's coupon and you would need a filler.

This Pepsi promo seems to be a mess. I did it last week. I purchased Gatorade and cases of soda. I checked with the cashier before checking out to make sure that I had the right items. I was rung up and no ECB printed. A manager came over and said that I had the wrong size Gatorades. So they did a return on those and I got the other size. Then I still came up 3.33 short of $20 even though I spent $20 so they just manually printed the ECBs.

CVS Stasher Moment: I needed to find another box of tampons and went to the basement to look. Lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, toothpaste, cotton rounds (remember them?), first aid kits, etc. but no tampons. Turns out that I'd already moved them to the closet but it was weird to go to my stash and not find plenty of something!

This weekly CVS thread has lots of tips and sometimes even specific transactions that you can do to get free or almost free stuff. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll end up with a stockpile of toothpaste, shampoo, vitamins, razors and lots of other great things.

I think it went well yesterday. Should hopefully hear something today. Next step would be phone interviews with the regional VP and Business Manager. He indicated they wanted to make a decision by the end of the week so hoping to know something soon. I am literally sick to my stomach over all this....too bad I don't have any Pepto in my CVS stash! If we like this house on Saturday (first one in 2 years of looking that meets our criteria) we can't put an offer in until I get a perm job for the mortgage approval. Kicker is in the shorterm it would be less money/month than our current house. Ugh!!!!

On another note - if the Glide twinpacks are still offering $3 ECB - I think this was a month long offer - there is a $2 coupon on a twin pack in the February 2010 Good Housekeeping magazine. There were other good coupons in there as well, mostly food, like minute rice and tuna, but windex, carefree and scrubbing bubbles were in there too. Plus a $10 coupon for Brita filters.
