So I went and bought 2 purex as part of my first trip today and they did not come up BOGO. I told the cashier and she said I had the wrong kind but they are the exact ones in the ad. The shelf also only said $4.99 but no BOGO. The manager came over and told me they were not BOGO in this area.. but they were that way in the ad I got in their store . Can I take my reciept to a different store and try to get this corrected ? Any suggestions?
I went ahead and bought them because they were part of my plan and my DDs sugar had dropped low in the store and I was tryign to get her to drink a coke.. blah blah.. it was hectic and I just crumbled and left with the full price purex.

You can try at another store or calling customer service. Keep your receipt as proof and also the ad. You could also let them know you will take 2 more for the FREE ones you should have gotten or they can rering and refund your money, its their choice

I think he is finally getting that even though we don't need something, if I can get it like for nothing, I am going to buy it!! Thanks for the info! I have found that all of the CVSs around me are not great. Its very frustrating. I have another trip planned tomorrow at another one so I will take in my reciept and see what they can do.

My point is she already PAID for 2 so if the sale is buy one get one then they either owe her money back for the 2nd one or give her the 2 free she is owed. My guess is they will WANT to give her back the money they charged her in error vs. more product. I would put up a stink and make them call CS with me at the counter if they are going to argue the ad ON DISPLAY in their own store!

I am addicted. It took only one trip and I am a goner. If I can manage to get the coupons printed needed I should be able to get almost $60 free plus have $15 ECB's for next trip.

OMG!! Too funny, but SOOOO true!!!! And yet, I bought ANOTHER tube of toothpaste this week. I couldn't resist the Rembrant deal...that is some GOOOOOOD toothpaste. I highly recommend it.

DH mentioned at dinner yesterday "What's with all the toothpaste and shower gel???" I told him that I would probably donate some of it to a women's shelter at Christmas time. I've actually had to stop myself from buying more!

Yeah afte the crest pro health deal I stopped buying toothpaste. I didnt even do the maxfresh burst which was really really hard fo rme..lol. But we have about 20 tubes, and its only two of use so no matter how much we use we will have for aa long long long time!!!

Has anyone gotten/used the CRT coupon @ cvs for $5/25?

I've gotten three of them but haven't used them yet because I wasn't sure if I can combine it with my $4/20's. It's a barcode coupon and I wasn't sure if giving that to them 1st would mess things up.

Some stores will let you stack the coupons. So, like if you spent say $25 dollars, they would let you use the CRT and then you could use the $4 off $20 coupon. I have heard people say that they do it.

At CVS today I purchased two Lamasil (or is it Lamisilk?) one was a cream the other a scrub. I also purchased Excedrin bringing my total over $20 for the ECB promo.

I didn't get my ECB's! My receipt said I reached $14.something. Cashier said call customer service. Sigh. So, I did. I explained the problem and she said they were having problems with that promo. I told her that I was there just an hour ago, she took all of my info from the receipt and put me on hold. She comes back after several minutes and says "unfortunately since your purchase was so recent we can't see it here. It usually takes 48 hours (is that true?)-- if it takes 48 hours why did you put me on hold instead of just saying call back in 48 hours!
She said something about only certain Lamisil products...I replied "no, there is nothing about specific Lamisil in the ad or on the sign on the store shelf" she started back peddling then and said I'm not saying you won't get credit, you need to call back.

Anyway, anyone else having problems with this one?

48 hours is standard unfortunately. You can either go back to the store and ask for a manager (they should be able to give you credit at the store level) or call CS back after they have a chance to dump the days transactions. Sometimes 24 but usually 48 hours after a transaction. The lamisil offer is reported as having issue even when purchasing pictured items.
