CVS ECB Deals ~ Sales for Week 3/1-3/7

Just a heads up...there will be a P&G coupon insert in tomorrows(Sunday) paper.

YAY! Thanks! It's my favorite insert.

Oops. Me bad. It's the Pampers that has the ECBs this month, not the Huggies. Thanks for the Walgreens tip...I may try that. However, I'm just getting used to rolling ECBs. I don't know if I can try Wags' RRs.

Again, thanks.

It would be so worth it for this deal if they take the $5 coupons. Spending one $10 RR would be easy, just get some food or beverage items that are on sale. You can even bring them up to the register and tell the cashier you want to ring them separately, then use the $10 RR you earn on the diaper transaction to pay for them.

With all the CVs coupons that were emailed a couple days ago, are those only 1 per transaction? Or just the cold medicine one is?

You guys are so helpful! Thank you! :cloud9:

My Mom is trying to get into it and I'm explaining it all to her... She says, 'Well why I would I get something like the Instant Breakfast if we don't use it?' Well, Mom! It's free! :thumbsup2

Not only is it free, but its a money maker if you have the .75 coupon from the January All You magazine.

I will pay .44 for Kotex, but not for toothpaste or toothbrushes. I won't spend OOP on things I won't personally use, but I will on things like pop, toilet paper, paper towels, contact solutions.

At my store they had the Almay face bars for 50% off (.49 each). I had a $1 coupon, so you could get 2 for free with the coupon if they will adjust it down. I bought 3 so the coupon wouldn't beep. I have to scope out my stash and see if I have any more Almay coupons.

Or use the $10RR to get a couple of free items
Free after RR: Blink Tears 7.99, Colgate 3.29
Free after rebate: Axe haircare 5.99, Walgreen brand allegy med 3.99, Walgreen brand of headache relief (compare to Tylenol Rapid Release I think) $2.99, Advanced Memory Formula (:confused3 ) $19.99

The Wags rebates seem to be pretty easy to do online, so although you'll have to wait to get that money back you will get it with minimal work if you do it online and you'll get 10% more if you choose a Walgreens card over a rebate check.

Does anyone know where to find the Carnation Instant Breakfast that is FAECB this week? I was at my store earlier today and couldn't find it anywhere in the pantry section. I was looking where they have the coffee, tea and hershey's chocolate drink mix.

Kycha, I am up late, hope you see this before its sold out.

Strangely enough, it's in the section with energy drinks and Boost and other supplement drinks (in the pharmacy area here).

I just read all the posts, I'm motivated but stuck at home with sick kids! I've been trying to do the CVS thing but I obviously did it wrong since I spent all my ECBs 2 weeks ago & haven't done anything since! So I need to get a big stockpile of ECBs($30-40) & find every coupon out there? You guys are great! Definitely subbing!

I did the same thing. Checked in the food and drinks aisle. Then I went to what I call the Diet and Healthy stuff aisle. There it was on a bottom shelf next to SOY JOY BARS! :scared1: Hope you found some!

Found it all :thumbsup2 Thanks! I would've missed finding the ACT.

I was thinking about your $5/20 and maybe the robes will go 90% off tomorrow and you could get lots of them, the Vitamin D that is going to be the March free-after-ECB, and then if you still needed more to get to $20, you could get some of those Essence of Beauty things that are in the clearance section at Mahtomedi. I am pretty sure Woodbury will take it for anything, but I just ran into issues at Maplewood on the way home and - the cashier (haven't seen her before) wouldn't adjust my $10 ECB to $9.97 and then seemed ticked when I ran back to get a 75% off candy when there was no one else in the store. That's never happened before to me, they've always adjusted them down by a few cents.

Glad you found the ACT display in Mahtomedi, but too bad about the Maplewood cashier's attitude. There are a couple that work there on weekends that seem :headache: to be a little customer unfriendly. I am still thinking about the $5/20 deal too. I just don't know what to do yet and might wind up getting some CVS brand Benadryl for $3.99 with the $1 off cold/allergy CRT, the Vit. D, and then maybe ???

Here it was $4.99 but someone else posted paying $5.++ something?? I got $4.99 ECB's back on it. It's a drink (powder that you mix with milk) and similar to a Slimfast Shake with lots of calcium. I'm not crazy about it but if I put it in the freezer and let it get icy cold I try to think of it as a yummy shake. :rolleyes1 Lots of people like it though. Yes, those 3 are free giving you ECB's for full price cost.

I never do the deals on Saturday, Sunday is my "me" favorite day. Sooo today we get up late (the baby is at her dad's) and IT'S SNOWING!!!!! We live in the pretty deep south, close to Auburn, AL.... so snow is basically once every blue moon. I'm going nuts here. No Sunday paper couponing, no CVSing.... And I'd run out but people here don't know how to drive in the snow.... I'm seriously climbing the walls.... It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the start of a new month :-(

My CVS had a 3 pack of Playskool cottony cloths on clearance for $3.57.

Is that a good deal? My SIL is due any minute and I want to get some of these for our place since we will be watching the baby alot. Also, are these just wipes or different since they are called "cloths".

Also, what's a good price point for diapers? She plans to use cloth diapers, but I think when the baby is here we will use disposables?

I am right there with ya!!! I had planned to do some CVS shopping today but as you said it is SNOWING!!! We are just north of Birmingham. My kids are loving it though so I guess it's worth it.

I'll have to start my CVSing tomorrow.

Is there an HE version of the Tide that is part of the Spend $20 get free Charmin deal?

Maggie

I did not find the ACT aat either store...found the Carnation and only i energy drink!

Here I go about diapers again and haven't used one for years :rotfl2:

I had tons of the wipes though in those travel packets and I think they are great and that's a good price, but use this $2 coupon on them TODAY ONLY: http://cvs.p.delivery.net/m/p/cvs/o...id=1736466209&cid=14356009020&p=TSY_playskool

I thought I was going to use cloth on my 2nd child, that was over in a hurry. I even bought these cute little wraps with velcro and the diaper fit inside it.

Most "sales" are for $10 a jumbo pack. Then with coupons and sometimes ECB and RR deals, people get them down there a little more.

Welcome to my world (snow!)

For what it's worth, I tried to use this today and it would not go through at all! My super nice cashier tried a few different things and she could not get it to go. I let it go, since she is usually able to get things to work for me and a good cashier is priceless! I did well otherwise but actually had to pay cash :headache: since I have been running through ecb's on pull-ups & diapers now!

I just read on another site that it's beeping for everyone, nobody knows what is wrong with it. Most of the stores are entering it manually as just CVS coupon if they've seen it before.

how many cards do you use?

I have one and my husband has one. I use his for his prescriptions because I fill them online and I'll pick up a few deals when I pick up his prescriptions, and if his gets any good CRTs, I'll use those. I used to get more on his card until they started the "limit X per household" wording on some of the sale items, that's been more than a year and I was glad to give it up because it was too much work to roll ECBs on 2 cards.
