I want to add something to this thread that I personally found MUCH more rude than anybody cutting in line. I hope this isn't too far off the main topic and I apologize if it is.
In 2012 we took our daughter to the Very Merry Christmas Party. This was probably a once in a lifetime event for us.
After waiting on the side of the road for quite awhile to make sure our then nine year old had a good view of the parade, a woman in her 50's pushed not only in front of us, but also pushed another family's stroller out of the way! The stroller had what looked like a two year old in it.
We told her to get back, the family with the stroller told her to get back and multiple CM's told her to get back. She would move, then when she thought she was out of sight of any CM's, push forward again. Over and over.
We ended up banding together with the stroller family and forming a circle around the kids with our elbows out to protect them, because she almost knocked them over multiple times. Finally a CM told her and the rest of her family that she needed to back off and all of a sudden she didn't speak English (we heard her talking beforehand though).
That experience was FAR worse than any I've experienced in line. I would never want to get physical in a place full of children, but I tell you what...had she hurt my child it would have been hard not to knock her out.
