Penmanship is a very important skill.

Line passers. That's a variant of cutting that doesn't often get discussed. While I hate those sneaks that try to pass you in the corners, I have often been tempted to pass those people who refuse to move with the line.clarkshel said:I didn't read this entire thread. We have had people meet up with their parties, like a parent and child. I have had pushy people that do try to get around you at corners in the line. I always block their way.

If the line is moving quickly you need to move quickly with it.

I agree with you! When a line is moving, move. Many people do not agree with this. They think that a line is a line and if they want to take pics everyone should hold up the line for them.
honey "windows".hubby can't see at all in the dark and we have a hard time with the cattle pens. he gets tons of bumps and bruises, even with me leading him and moving slowly, and saying "left, right soft left, uturn to the right, etc.
we will all get to the back of the line (where it stops moving) and have to wait anyway. but people get impatient and want to push us along if we aren't moving fast enough for them (no, we aren't stopping). we let the really impatient ones go ahead, and lo and behold, when we are all stopped there they are ahead of us, there we are, we are all stopped, but they are now ahead of us. no biggie, but still rude. (and it is obvious he has low vision, they hear me directing him.)
the interactive queues ar edifferent.. th ekids are supposed to "go play" at winnie the pooh, and then catch up when the parents get to the "draw a picture on the germ infestedhoney "windows".
at HM, the line splits, those who want to "play" adn anyone can pass anyone there while people are playing, and those who don't want to play stay in the line to the right.
I will, however, wait for people to take a pictrue of M.r potato head. heck, I'll even take a picture of them in front of him.

Now see if we all could just pee on the floor...there would be no reason to leave the line in the first place![]()

Lets Go Blackhawks!!

My mom doesn't see well in the dark either. We use the iPhone torch in nemo and it helped. I just pointed it straight down so it wouldn't bother people around us.
we don't have an Iphone, but even if we use a flashlight, etc. then when we get into the dark ride, his eyes haven't been able to adjust and he won't see a thing on the actual ride. we just take it slow and hope people will be patient..
