do they still do the pirate training bit outside (never got to see that, too many heads lol)

is there a schedule of sorts when the pirates do their thing?

Wed May 30 1pm - posted at 30 mins, was getting in boat at 18 mins.

As of right now (4:30 pm Tuesday) it's a 30 minute wait.

Yes, they still do the pirate training outside of POC. Pick up a times guide as you enter the park, I don't think the training is at the same times every day.
