We’ve only sailed 2x prior to our “Covid” sailing beginning of Dec. nothing screamed lack of choice to us in cabanas. I can see if you have sailed many many times and know what their usual offerings were before Covid you might be missing some things. The only thing I notice is one guy was kind of peeved at breakfast they didn’t have made to order omelettes. I don’t recall this was offered before Covid or not but he was told he could go to a sit down dining for breakfast and get that. We were satisfied with the options personally and to be honest I prefer this set up vs the one before. It seemed less chaotic and I like the fact that not everyone was touching utensils and it seemed less like a fight.
at first I was bummed there was no salad bar but they had ready-made salad bowls with different varieties. Which actually I found better.
also one thing that peeves me generally about buffets is that some people lose basic manners and load up plates, eat half, and repeat. Where often they have a leaning tower of Pisa of plates. Kinda takes the niceness of dining when you are next to a table like this. it seems this new system reduces this
