Just spoke with my guide. I'm an Oct UY, so I mentioned wanting to close in August to avoid some pro-rated dues. She replied that the Magical Beginnings can go up or down at any given time without notice. Anyone else hear this?
Nope! Do it!!And I just found the link in another thread: https://dvcexplorer.com/fin/m/GrandFloridian_Member_Welcome.pdf

Are you checking by acting like you are doing a My Chase Plan on a transaction that’s already completed? Mine shows fees unless I check on a valid transaction (act like you are going to do my Chase plan and just don’t go all the way through with it). Then it shows no fees/interest.I have never used my chase plan, but it don't see that offer either. The fees are crazy on those plans.
My guide said something similar. If we wait, we run the risk of them running out of Oct UY points.I spoke to my guide as well and we want to wait to August to add December UY, and the guide said it depends if the December UY points will still be available then. I think they are trying to get people to buy sooner.
I can see that the price will go down (less rebate) if a lot of people are using the MB offer.
VGF slim chance of happening but no way for Rivera and VDHMy guide said something similar. If we wait, we run the risk of them running out of Oct UY points.
$27,465 VGF and $28,465 RIV …DOES NOT include closing costs (cash purchase)We have a Sept UY. With the new promotion, what is the cost for 150 pts at VGF and RIV?
Would we get 2022 points and be able to sell them for the $22 if we closed this summer? Then receive 2023 points Sept 1?
I've never done the My Chase Plan either. I clicked the pay over time and it says no eligible purchases. Are you checking by acting like you are doing a My Chase Plan on a transaction that’s already completed? That's because you don't have any purchase eligible at the moment, not necessarily because you're not eligible to create plans.I've never done the My Chase Plan either. I clicked the pay over time and it says no eligible purchases.
Yep this. I checked by clicking a purchase I had done that was over 100 bucks on my credit card that had pay over time on it (added a pic to show you). Then click the pay over time once you are in that specific transaction and it should show you if you have fees or interest. That's because you don't have any purchase eligible at the moment, not necessarily because you're not eligible to create plans.
I’ve done My Chase Plan before on a big purchase. It does not charge a fee for the first time doing it. I spread it out for 18 months with no problems. Now I wish I had held out on using it for this new DVC purchase.I've never done the My Chase Plan either. I clicked the pay over time and it says no eligible purchases.
Yes it’s the Chase Disney Visa and yes it already has 6 months zero interest. They have an offer on through the end of June for zero interest and zero plan fees for the first, “My Chase Plan” set up. I’ve never done one but from what I’m reading it’s a zero interest, zero fee on 1st plan set up prior to June 30 and it’s installment over however many months u want (up to 24 months).

@KalamityJane - How many months were you given to pay off the plan? When I tested it out for a posted transaction, I could only choose up to 12 months
Thanks! That's exactly what I was wondering. My current largest eligible purchase is only $200.It depends on how big it is, bigger amounts get longer time options. I think it goes up to 24m.
