CSR on Quick Dining List??

Does anyone know if the Pepper Market is participating in the Quick Service Dining plan? The brochure I have doesn't list any of the CSR restaurants.

You have an old brochure. The CSR restaurants do accept the dining plan, but because they are not owned by Disney they were not included in the first printing of the brochure.
