CS seating at MK

So we just got back. It was just my son and I, so I was glad when I read here how you had to have your food before you could sit down at the CS places in the MK. However, I regret to inform you that this trial has not held up. We got our food and sure enough there were no tables and loads of folks seated foodless, a few were trying to save 2 tables. When I asked a CM, he looked at me like I had two heads and said they couldn't ask anyone to get up. Oh well......

I always get a table while my husband is ordering. Never crossed my mind not to. Only on the Dis would this be an issue.

Depending on the age of her son, I'm not sure how she has any other option than to wait til they have their food to find a table...

Did you eat at Peco's Bills in the MK? That is the only CS restaurant that was supposedely trying the new seating system.

Nope. We were over in Tomorrowland. Didn't know it was only over at Pecos Bills. Although, I would have thought that the CM's would at least have an idea of what's going on in similar places like that. Oh well.

This thing about a Cast Member seating you was only done at Peco Bills and during the busy times of the day. All the other counter service locations and Peco Bills (during the non busy times) don't care if guests save tables and that is the way it should be.
