CS at monorail resort?

We'll be in the MK all day on our last day (stroller nap day!) but our TS meal is breakfast that day. I'm thinking of hopping the monorail for a CS meal for lunch or dinner. Any recommendations?

I have found the CS places at the deluxe resorts to have less choices than the mod and value resorts. I would think you'd have more choices of food items by staying in the MK for the CS meal.

However if you want to check out one of the monorail hotels then it would perhaps be worth it to go outside for that CS meal. The FFC at the CR is only ok for food but has the nicest arcade of any the hotels IMHO. If you have kids who would enjoy the arcade and don't mind spending a bunch of extra $$ on it then it would be a good choice.

I saw that Capt cooks was undergoing some changes. Has it opened back up? Does anyone have an updated menu? We really enjoy a Park break and being at POP hate to go back to the resort. A CS meal at a monorail resort (have a TS everynight) would be great. Thanks for the updates.

Try the GF - Gasparilla's. You can sit outside by the Marina and the food is good. The new poly CS may be a good choice but I haven't been there since its been redone.

I just ate at Captain Cook's on Tuesday-I took the boat over for lunch. I had the asian salad, a drink, and the best part was that I had a Dole Whip for dessert. It was fun to sit by the window, and fun to try out someplace different.
