Crystal Light Emergency!!! Help!!!

I've never tried the strawberry-kiwi one but I think I remember seeing it in the grocery store on my last visit (I'm in Southeastern, MA). My BF enjoys the pink lemonade and the cherry pomegranate. I like the former, but not the latter. I just tried the new LiveActive one they have in Raspberry Peach, but if I don't double the water it calls for and seriously water it down, it gives me heartburn. We only drink it on occasion, mostly opting for 100% fruit juice or water.

In regards to the headache/danger discussion/argument going on, I don't want to "get into the ring" so to speak, so all I'll say is this - I'm a complex migraine sufferer. When I last met with my neurologist he was very careful to explain that despite there being common triggers for headaches, migraines or "normal" ones, everyone is different. What sets one person off might not affect another. I can't recall if sweeteners (natural or otherwise) were on the "general" list but I know they don't affect me personally.

As for the danger of the product, I can't speak to this as I am unfamiliar with the research on the product.

Good luck finding what you need!

I used to get mine at BJs but I was an iced tea junkie. My dentist told me to stop drinking it because she said it is really bad for your teeth.

OP here :goodvibes
Thank you for all your suggestions...I especially like the link to Amazon :thumbsup2
I don't have any problems with it; in fact, I've lost 20 pounds since I've been drinking it...Well, I've also been walking 4.5 miles just about every day (if it's not raining.)
I've read all about the aspartame studies. I don't drink/eat anything diet. The only thing is the Crystal Light. I also do not get any headaches or bad breath from it - If I had bad breath, believe me, my kids would let me know :rotfl:
Thanks again :goodvibes
