I will be taking my very bright and active 2 1/2 yr old on the Wonder in June. I was just 'wondering' what activities he will be able to enjoy onboard. I have heard that there are "Family Activity Times" in the Oceaneers Club, that he could particpate in as long as we stay with him. Does anyone have any experience with this? Do I understand correctly, that one ear of the Mickey pool is just for babes in swim diapers? What else would a 2 yr old enjoy? Thanks!

Hi

We just returned from the Eastern Cruise on February 14 and we had our 21 months old daughter with us.

We are going again when she is almost 3. The one ear of the Mickey Pool is for children who are not potty trained - provided they wear the swim diapers. My daugher had a blast!!

Although there is family time throughout certain periods at the Nursery, my daughter loved just being there on her own and we used them quiete a bit. I was surprised by the amount of male staff that worked there. They did a great job and my little one was never upset when we left her.

Next year we are going on the April 9-16 cruise - She turns 3 on April 18. This way she does not have to pay the fare and hopefully will be trained to go into the Oceaneer's club with her sister.

Enjoy your cruise.
