Hey 4ollies! The extra adult is a female and she is my future MIL - talk about right next door i am quite curious now about what you are putting in the FE's! I am having a lot of fun with ours - i hope that everyone likes it! When I called DCL and asked them about the fuel charge they said that they would add it as an onboard credit - and that i did not need to call back - just recently i went on dcl's website, logged in and retrieved my reservation - and pulled up my reservation and it showed that they credited the fuel charge!!!
Is everyone getting as excited as we are! I think it so neat that a lot of you are going down beforehand and enjoying the parks - we opted out of that as we were just there in june and it is hard to pull my BF away from work as it is

I'm excited about the onboard credit although sure wish all of it could have been applied to my cabin since I paid for everyone. It's not like I think any of the kids are going to think.....we should buy mom something with that credit....... Oh sure.

I am going out tomorrow to finish the stuff for the kids' fish extender gifts. I'm really excited to see what everyone has been up to. I've decided I'm shipping my stuff to the ship ahead of time as it's starting to turn out to be a fairly big pile.

I'm not surprised that my 2 cat 12's did not get upgraded. One only has 2 adults and the other has 2 adults and one child. So they fit. It might be that the other passengers who booked cat 12 are all parties of 4. I would go nuts in there (hence that's why I booked myself a 6) but they really do not care. None of the 5 in those rooms are early risers so it might work to their benefit anyway.

I'm just hoping that I can get one of my little dogs well so that my house/pet sitter can handle him. Other than that, everything is clear sailing now....

I think I am going to ship our FE stuff down too so I don't have to worry about adding those to the luggage - do you have the address to the warehouse? I swear I saved it, but can't seem to find it now that I need it!

Yes, you're right, they are the same as a cat 6., but for some reason some people will pay a little more to be one deck higher

Still no docs here - we had transferred our reservation to Dreams, so maybe it goes to them first and then they forward it to us?

John thinks I'm nuts because I'm obsessed with getting the docs in...he says as long as they have room for us on the ship, he doesn't care about the docs...but I really, really want them ...hopefully on Monday..

We also booked through DU but our docs came directly from Disney, and were postmarked in Celebration, FL. We are only two hours away which may be why we got ours so soon... Hope all of you get yours next week!

Hey guys! I booked through Disney and called them last night as we still havent gotton our docs in yet either - they CM told me that they were shipped out UPS on Thursday for 3 day shipping and that i should have them tomorrow -

Lol, thanks so much. Even worse is they gave us adjoining rooms with a connecting door and my friend, who had a room like that, said you can hear EVERYTHING through those doors.

We booked thru DU also. I am hoping that all of the cruise docs come to me rather than to the kids' addresses. Not sure how responsible some of them are.

My youngest son told me yesterday that he might propose to his girlfriend of 2 years while we are on Castaway Cay. I was so disappointed when the older 2 did not opt for a Disney wedding but maybe the third time will be a charm.

Pakey - Thats amazing!!! I hope he does it - it would be so cool!! Plus - think of the engagement pictures! Shawn proposed to me at Fort Wilderness on the beach of Bay Lake. (his first Disney trip, we went with my parents). I'll always remember it.

Nat I love it. OMG you guys look like babies. My youngest is almost 28 so it's time as far as I'm concerned. And I found out today that he has also
told his friends that he plans to propose so that makes it more real for me. Now I will just keep my fingers crossed that he doesn't change his mind and she says YES.

I even managed to buy most of the road rations when I grocery shopped. yay for me. lol

No docs yet though. Which ticks me off a little. They have alll your money 3 months early , you would think that they could be a little quicker.

The nice thing is that DH is getting a little giddy. He's a serious guy so it is cool to see him excited.
