I don't think you have to do the FE to meet up. The more the merrier!

I would love to meet somewhere before setting sail on Thursday. My boys have asked about meeting some of your kiddos so they would have friends to play with. We are driving down that morning so should be there fairly early. Need to look up the earliest we can board so I don't make my group get up and around too early.

Would everyone be on by 2:30? Maybe we could meet then at the Mickey Pool or somewhere else easy to find.

Samily, do you have any plans at Epcot? We don't have any ADRs, so are just playing all day. If you don't have any ADRs maybe we could meet for a CS lunch/dinner or at a ride. I will have my cell phone if you want to trade numbers through a pm.

Getting very excited but dread the packing. Ugh, Sept. was much easier. All I needed was light weight, summer stuff. Amazing how much room four sets of snorkling gear-goggles, snorkle, and flippers take up.

Hi all my friends who will also be aboard the Wonder!!! Can you believe the time is almost here!!

I'm sad I didn't find this thread until now, I've been to busy making my door decorations!!!

Who's decorating their door?? I want pics of everyones for my scrapbook!!!

Would also love to do a meet even though I'm new to this thread!

Hi Hawky 7. I'm decorating my door, not sure how much but I have some done. We have 5 cabins total so I've made door decor for all 5 doors but it won't fill all of the door. I wouldn't be able to pick up the suitcase if I packed that much.

I'm a scrapbooker too. A serious scrapbooker. So I used my cricut, sizzix and xyron machines to make my door stuff. That magnet cartridge in the xyron was great for this project. I will post a pic here after we get home of the door(s).

I think some of the group here are planning to meet. We are taking DCL transfers from the Beach Club and they don't pick us up until 11:45 so we will not be getting to the ship very early and I think we'll miss it.

Fish extender box being shipped tomorrow. Keep fingers crossed that it arrives. My fish extenders are in the box with y'alls gifts.

I'm definately going to come check out your doors!!!

I'm hoping we'll get there on early enough for a meet, we live on the west coast and are taking red eye over. Although, it seems most of our flights lately have been delayed...I've got my fingers crossed!!!

Sounds like you did alot for your door. I just copied pics from the main magnet page, as I just found out about this door decorating (I'm rather new to this site, but NOT new to being a total Disneyaholic) so I've been just trying to figure it all out. I'm super excited to see everyones door to get ideas for my next cruise!!! And I just love this site and how helpful everyone is, its like a group of friends who you've never met. I love that!!! I'm thinking my DH thinks I'm a little crazy (about the door) , but he must have already known that! LOL!!!

Oh my goodness, we leave tomorrow! We are so excited!

Why don't we plan to meet at 2:30 on secret deck 7 (hopefully it's open or we'll be meeting in the back stairwell - lol) - if you don't know where this is, it is a public deck area all the way aft on deck 7, so go all the way to the back of the boat & there is a door to get out to the deck.

We will try and make it too - Safe travels everybody! I just called and got the movie list for our cruise - they will be showing Bolt in 3D, wall-e, HSM3, Hannah Montana concert, and bedtime stories!!!

We haven't seen Bolt so the boys will like that. I love Wall-E but wish they had left the humans out of it!

I will plan on making it to the secret deck at 2:30. Just have to remember where it is.

We also leave tomorrow. Been debating about sending the boys to school for a couple of hours but think their poor teacher (they are in the same class) might have to pull them off the ceiling. Need to email the principal and remind her they will be gone until the 2nd. She is great about us leaving. Just thought the principal should have to come along to make sure they are reading! Their teacher wanted to know if we could pack her up and take her along too.

Okay, I have clothes strung out all over my bedroom floor. Off to pack.

Hi guys.

I'll try to make the meet, not sure if we'll be all the way onto the boat by then. We'll be the 11 people in matching black t-shirts that say All About Clayton on them. Clayton is the one child in our group, not the Cruise Director. I'm sure people seeing the shirts are going to think we mean Disney's Clayton and not our Clayton. This whole trip has the All About Clayton theme as we celebrate his first Disney experience.

Hawky, we are left coasters too, coming out of Fresno CA. I've been in charge of this 11 people trip and I can't wait to get there and have everyone enjoy the fruits of my labor but it's a NEVER AGAIN type of thing. Way too much work. I told DH last night that this was 10 times worse than planning our 2 trips to Europe.

For all of you traveling today, be safe. Our flights leave here at 5:30 am on Saturday morning. It's raining here and I'm praying that we have no fog that would delay or cancel these flights. It's always a risk here in the winter. I hope to be at Beach Club Saturday night.

Yeah for the west coasters!!! So glad I'll have a DL person there!!! I'm way more in love with DL that WDW, more magical to me!!! More of Walts spirit there! But just my personal opinion. Not that I don't love WDW, cause I do, just DL is different!!! We live in Bend, Oregon. Its coooolllllddddd here. But used to live in So Cal in San Diego a couple years ago. Ahhhh how I miss the perfect weather!! And being so close to Disney. But we are Oregonians so back we came. I have a friend who just moved from Fresno, she lived there a long time.

So heres a question for everyone... too late to get in on the FE gift exchange? I'm so new to this site and to this thread I had no idea all the cool things the DIS community does!!! Although, I don't have a FE...If its not too late, can I use something else. Its a little close now to be making or ordering one. No biggie if its too late, I'm sure most people have already left. And if its not too late, can someone send out a list of all the people involved.

Good for those who are leaving tomorrow. I'll be working till the day before cruise. We will be driving 3 hours north from South FL.

We should be able to show up at 2:30 secret deck. Our room is 7627 not far from the verandah. I'm sailing with my wife and DD 3.

I'm not sure on the official time, but I've read alot of posts that say you can get there as early as 10-10:30 and they usually let people onboard at 11. From what I understand though, its completely up to the captain and crew...but from most of the posts, alot of people have gotten on much earlier than noon. Good luck!! See you all onboard!
