Thanks everyone. I'm so sorry I haven't been able to visit journals. Work is still nuts, life is nuts, I can't wait for this weekend - we are going camping and I need the relaxation. Went and set up the camper tonight so we had a spot. Wish I could have stayed there until Monday!!!!!

Once I get this week out of the way things will slow down a bit and I WILL be able to catch up.

Here's what I had today:

breakfast apple crisp fruit and oatmeal bar
fat free yogurt

lunch ham sandwich
3 pickle slices

snack 2 cup cantaloupe

dinner 3 pieces pizza

snack 1/2 cup fat free frozen yogurt
2 TBSP fat free cool whip

Totals: 1327.5 calories, 38 fat grams, 203.1 carbs

Pretty good day today. I'm still waiting and feeling for that 25 pounder this week!!!! :) Got one more day in the month and I'm sure I can hit that tomorrow - I hope anyway :)

Talked to my dad tonight and he said he was ready for Florida - bought some new outfits and clothes for our trip. I told him I'm gonna need new clothes too but by the time I really need them I won't be able to find them and he said - "Have you been losing weight" and I said, yes I have. And he went on to say that he thought I looked like I had been losing. I told him I'm so close to 25 pounds and I want 25 more off by our trip. He said great - I think he was a little jealous when I told him what my cholesterol was (his is over 200 and he's on meds for his). Anyway, we laughed about the clothes issue.

Okay - figured out my snack now I have to go eat it because I'm hungry. I'll talk to you guys again soon, probably tomorrow because I'm gonna weigh tomorrow. Have a good sleep tonight everyone!!!!

I DID IT, I DID IT, I DID IT!!!!!!!! I hit 26 pounds off today so I claimed my new clippie and only 4 pounds till I'm a gold member!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone so far for your support, your encouragement, and your cheers. Thanks for letting me vent when I needed to. I can't believe it's been two months (7 weeks since I really started punching at this) and I've gotten this much off. I really expected I wouldn't do it until Thanksgiving and that's what I set my first 25 pound goal at. Now I'm on to the next 25 pounds by Thanksgiving and I know I can accomplish that with all your help.

Thanks again for everything YOU have helped me accomplish. Words can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you.

AND you all can AND WILL reach your goals. It's hard but we ARE in this together!!!!!!!!

Quick check in for tonight. Thanks to everyone!!!!

A new month is dawning and I feel new challenges - I can't wait to overcome them. I tugged on my pants today when I was standing talking to someone and right now in my legs I can probably fit two legs in each pantleg. It just feels weird!!!! And my butt is sagging in all of my pants - again weird. I am now not sure what size I wear but I'm going to order some new pants, because the ones I get are on sale right now for $6 a pair (www.lanebryantcatalog.com) so I'm going to go for a size smaller than I think I wear now so that they last me awhile. DD's gotta get new school pants too - good thing this was a nice check!!!!!

Did okay eating today - here's what I had:

breakfast apple crisp fruit and oatmeal bar
fat free yogurt

lunch 2 pieces pizza
1 cup cantaloupe
1 cup watermelon
cheese stick

snack 100 cal snack - wheat thins

dinner ham steak
1 cup corn
1/2 cup long grain and wild rice
2 cup salad
2 TBSP dressing

snack 2 fig newtons

Totals: 1439 cals, 42.9 fat grams, 221.9 carbs. Ate a bit too many fats but that's okay. Also had a handful of peanuts when I got home but didn't count those - probably about 5 fat grams and who knows what cals and carbs. But, as the nutritionist says it's good fat grams.

Hello everyone - sorry again for not having been here but we went camping this weekend. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Weather could have been a tad cooler during the day but it was still gorgeous. Best sleep I've had in months with sleeping with the nice cool air.

Eating wasn't great but I lost .5 pounds while we were gone which I was surprised. Not adding anything up but here's a brief of what I ate:

Friday dinner - subway oven roasted chicken sandwich

Saturday - breakfast - granola bar; lunch - 3/4 quarter of ham sandwich with 2 pickle slices, 1/4 cup potato salad; snack - Ritz 100 calorie snack pack; dinner - fried chicken (breast only) without skin, 1/4 cup baked apples, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 cup baked beans, 1/2 bun with 1 pat of Promise spread; snack - 2 smores with small amount of chocolate (total of 4 marshmallows); snack throughout the day - peanut m&m's that I got at WalMart and are for breast cancer research - pink M&M's!!!

Sunday - breakfast - 2 pieces toast with 1 TBSP peanut butter, fat free lemon yogurt; lunch - 1 cheese sausage no bun, 1/4 cup onions, peppers sauted in 1 tsp olive oil and non-stick olive oil spray, 1/2 cup potato salad, 1 cup romaine lettuce with celery and carrots and 2 TBSP regular ranch dressing, 2 cups mixed fruit - watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, 1 medium ear of corn with 1 TBSP brummel and brown; snack - 1/4 cup M&M's peanut and plain; dinner - 1 smoked sausage no bun; snack 4 roasted marshmallows

Monday - breakfast - 1 granola bar; lunch - 1 cheese filled sausage no bun, 1 medium ear of corn with 1 TBSP brummel and brown, 1/2 cup potato salad

As you can see there were really no boundaries this weekend. If I was full, I quit eating. If I was hungry I snacked but watched it. With the M&M's on Saturday I ate about a total of 1/4 of a cup but just didn't measure. And these aren't accurate measurements but close.

I was out of shorts because I needed to do laundry so I put on these pair of blue shorts that have Winnie the Pooh and Piglet on them and I haven't worn them for almost 7 years. They are an XL (not a 2X or a 3X but an actual XL size)!!!!! I was so shocked. I figured they'd be tight in the tummy some but they fit just right. :banana: :banana: :banana:

Hope everyone had a great day. Off to go get a few groceries and the order some pants!!!!! I'm going to make an attempt to get to journals tonight.

Wow, the pink M&Ms sound cool and because they are for breast cancer research I am sure they are calorie free!! :sunny:

Wow, you really did great while camping! That's usually when I completely lose control. YAY for the shorts fitting! Just think of all of your old clothes you can probably fit into now!

You are such an inspiration, keep it up!
