Good morning everyone. Just a quick bit of time to touch in before heading off to church and the miriade of stuff to get done today. I didn't get on the scale today - I woke up very bloated and knew I had gained then and I didn't want that disappointment after the bad week I had emotionally. I don't need the scale today anyway. It's a start to a new week!!!!
I did tell dd last night that I'm done with the cupcakes. I've had a total of one and now she can have the rest. So hopefully they'll be gone by tomorrow. Started out this morning on a good foot - two pieces of toast with 1 TBSP PB and a fat free yogurt. I think my hunger went away during the night. Yesterday morning at this time I was starving again and wanted something else. Right now I'm still full and fine. I think it had to have been because of my metabolism having kicked in with all the stress and it burned more than I consumed - that does happen to me once in awhile.
Everyone have a good day - I'll be back tonight to catch up on journals. Off to church, get school supplies (one more week and I'll be the mother of a sophomore in high school), go to the Habitat office and do a little bit of work and then come home and finish laundry, cut up fruit for the week, and then hopefully come back here and relax. See you soon!!!
