Got on the scale this morning and I am down another 1.5 pounds!!!! Even after eating pizza and a couple of Reese's peanut butter bells and some french silk pie I still had a loss. I was very excited!!!!! So that now puts me at 48 pounds. I'm only 2 pounds from my 50 pound goal!!!!! And only 19 from my next goal - hitting my half way point by my birthday at the end of February.
I thought about this very much last night (as I was trying to fall asleep and couldn't because I was worried that the girls weren't having a good time - even though they were) and I needed to set the goal for my half off weight. I think that is a reasonable goal and if I don't make it, that's okay but I'm really going to try hard.
Today is going to consist of getting the girls up soon and getting them home, come back and start doing inside Christmas decorating and do some holiday baking - fudge, covered pretzels with sprinkles, peanut butter balls covered in almond bark, and pecan sandie balls. I've had a request from work that I bring in my goodies that I make every year so I decided to go ahead and try and do this without nibbling - don't think that will be possible but I'll try
Have a good day everyone and I'll get back to journals tonight.
Keep on
