Thanks everyone - I really feel thin today, much better than the way I felt a few Monday's ago. I also just realized that I am now, sort of, in "onederland". I am under 100 pounds left to lose!!!!! For me - that is an awesome feeling. When I realized that I was like, I AM going to do this and I CAN do this!!!!!

I still can't believe how much better I feel with just this much gone. I can't imagine how much more better I'm going to feel when it's all off.

Well today was a pretty good day. I wasn't really feeling like going and working out but then I figured I'd better because I would feel better when I was done and it would be better for me. I had a small itty bitty piece of fudget that one of our staff members brought back some from Montana. It was okay. Then I got rewarded at Jazzercise for making it to 25 classes and I gave them back. I really wanted them but didn't want the guilt. So now that I'm home and looked at my totals, I could have had them and not feel guilty.

So here's what I had today:
breakfast
fat free yogurt

snach
100 cal snack - chips deluxe

lunch
LC Roasted Turkey and vegetables
almond joy

snack
100 cal wheat thins
18 carrots
1 TBSP dip

dinner
lemon chicken breast
3/4 cup chicken rice

Totals are: 930 cals, 22.5 fats, 129.5 carbs, 3.75 fiber grams

Gotta go have a good snack because I'm way low in cals. Whatever it is won't be much in the fat because I like that number today. Probably some fat free frozen yogurt and light cool whip or something. It's hard for me to guage where I'm at in my totals until after I eat dinner, sometimes even when I know what we're having. I needed to get more fruits and veggies in and didn't do that today, and some more dairy.

A couple of days this week the staff are in in-services so I'll be able to start getting caught up on some journals. Sorry guys, and this week is another amazingly busy week. But we are going camping this weekend and I'm so looking forward to it - fall is my favorite time of year and I can actually enjoy wearing sweatshirts this year without feeling gagged or too hot in them. Although right now it's 77 degrees (at 8:17pm central time) you'd never know it's fall. Tomorrow suppose to be near 86 again and then rain come in and high on Wednesday and Thursday in the 50's. But suppose to be very nice this weekend. I can't wait!

Great job getting motivated to go work out! I know it is really hard sometimes to drag yourself there, but it is ALWAYS worth it, isn't it?!?

It does feel good after I go workout. I never thought I'd hear myself say that!!!! ROFL I really wanted to go workout tonight but I had a Girl Scout training to do.

Today was okay - here's what I had:

breakfast
fat free yogurt
cheese stick

lunch
lemon chicken
1 cup chicken rice
18 carrots
2 TBSP light dip

snack
100 cal wheat thins

dinner
2 1/2 pieces pizza

Totals: 1350 calories, 49 fat grams, 194.5 carbs - didn't really track fibers today.

I was a little high in the fat grams. We've been eating a lot of pizza lately but I've been able to really watch how much. Although tonight I almost blew it because I was really hungry for it and it was really good. Very little dough and that might have been part of it - I wasn't getting filled up on the dough. Tomorrow night is Subway because our schedules are so hectic tomorrow night but at least I know what I'm having.

I started reading journals yesterday and never got to mine to update. Yesterday went okay but I didn't write anything down. However, despite that and what I ate, scale was down another pound this morning. Which was good because it hadn't moved in a few days. And I was VERY bad yesterday (to my standards) so I figured it would be up. I guess the Gods are liking me right now!!!! :)

Here's what I ate, I just didn't calc it (too chicken I guess):
breakfast - strawberry fruit and oatmeal bar, fat free yogurt, cheese stick

lunch - 2 pieces pizza; 2 squirts of caramel ice cream topping (yes you ARE reading that correctly)

after lunch back at work - a dollop of frosting from on top of someone's brownie; forget that now, give me the brownie - I only had 1/4 of a piece of brownie

dinner - oven roasted chicken breast sub from subway with lettuce, tomato, pickle and sweet onion sauce (no fat and very good) on wheat (6"); 1 ounce of Light Lay's (WalMart FINALLY has them - these are so good and no fat as long as you stick to the portion size); 2 squirts of caramel ice cream topping (yes, again)

snack - 1/2 cup fat free frozen vanilla yogurt; 1 squirt of caramel ice cream topping (on the yogurt this time)

just before bed - 1 squirt of caramel ice cream topping (yes, I know)

I have no totals because I didn't want to know. I had such a sweet tooth yesterday because I haven't really had anything sweet for a while. And so I used the caramel ice cream topping to try and help. And I guess it just tasted too good. DD had to take a snack to her religious education class last night so we ran to the store and got cupcakes. She would have had enough to bring home and I was so hoping she would. But she didn't, I guess that was a VERY good sign because I know I would not have stopped at one. That was just the mood I was in last night. I wanted anything sweet that I could get my hands on.

Oh well, on to a better day. Sun is shining, temps are down, we're going camping tomorrow, today is my last day at work until Tuesday, the White Sox are winning - it can't get any better than this guys!!!!!!! (well unless I was old enough to retire tomorrow but I have 20 more years so I guess this will have to do :rotfl: :rotfl: )

It is SO hard when the sweet tooth hits, but it sounds like you managed it OK.

Have a blast camping! DH and I haven't been camping in years...all of our gear is gathering dust in the garage. Maybe next month...

Have fun camping, not sure where you're located but around here it is still much like summer. My family loves camping, we went over a long Labor Day weekend and had a great time.
