Thanks everyone.
Well the appointment at the nutritionist was good. I did forget to ask her how many calories I should make sure and eat in order to keep losing. There was too much other stuff that she wanted to talk about with Britt and that was the reason we were there. Britt has done good in the nutritionists eyes. She has lost 21 pounds since June 30 and that is very good. Now we need to focus on getting more fats out of her diet and she needs to work on working out more. She gave her a video tape of walking for diabetics by Linda Sansone (or something like that name) to use when she can't go to Jazzercise. I'm going to try this next week because I'm going to have a couple of nights that I can't make it. It's a 30 minute tape. I'm interested in seeing how it is.
So I've done well today. Had a professional development today for Student Affairs staff - Dr. Jamie Washington came and talked with us about diversity in Student Affairs - very very very good speaker. So I didn't eat much this morning, didn't get lunch until 1:30 and forgot I couldn't go get a salad like I was hoping for so I ate a LC Baked Chicken (I really like this one) and some cottage cheese. Hopefully going out to dinner tonight to Ruby Tuesday's and tomorrow is a definite date at Sweet Tomatoes (I LOVE that place!!!!). Right now I'm pretty low in calories so I'll be able to eat more than just salad at RT's and since there isn't much that I like it will probably be steak tips. We'll see.
Got a busy weekend ahead but it's suppose to be gorgeous here so gonna try to get outside some. Probably won't get to get on much tomorrow but will on Sunday. Everyone have a good Saturday if I don't see you. Gonna go get pumpkins in the morning!!!!
Keep on

Chris

Okay - here's what I had today - we went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and I had salad and a Chicken Wrap without the cheese (which I deducted) and it was very good - I was shocked.
breakfast
reese's peanut butter cup
kudos bar
cheese stick
lunch
fat free yogurt
lean cuisine baked chicken
1/2 cup cottage cheese
dinner
4 cups salad
4 tomatoes, 1/8 cup cheese, 1/8 cup eggs
4 TBSP light ranch dressing
1 chicken wrap
10 fries
The fries came with my dinner (well I had a choice and that was the best choice out of the ones that were available for me). I didn't count exactly so I'm probably over - I think I only ate like 5 or 6 but since I can't remember I'm marking 10. Totals are: 1353 cals, 54 fat, 111 carbs, 16.4 fiber (approx). Not bad, a bit high in the fat but I'm okay with that. And for once they had light ranch dressing at RT's and it was very good!!!!
