Way To Go Papa!

Our spare problem is fixed. Something was broken off which is why it wouldn't open. They did fix it, but we were charged, told we should have brought it back right away. One less thing to worry about now. Got the van cleaned out too.

I am back from taking dd's shopping. That is something that I absolutely HATE doing. The oldest, 9, is terrible when it comes to trying on clothes. She had no fall, winter clothes. She does NOW. I just hated having to spend so much $ before our trip.

I have so much to do in the next few days. For those of you that are going to stop your mail......don't forget. I am going Monday to have mine & my parents stopped. I know you should do that, but it is too long of a time to count on my neighbors.

Papa we will be traveling around the same time. I would say that we will end up leaving here around 6:30 AM. Do you go through Atlanta? Are you driving it all in one day?

It was 45 this AM here, now it is 80!!

I got the car cleaned out, and washed. I found a cute pair of shoes for DD, and got the house cleaned! Tomorrow I do the $ stuff (paying bills balance checkbook ect)

I have appointments on Thursday for the dentist, pedicure, and hair cut. I'll also get the car filled up with gas, and put all the clothes in the suitcases.

Hope...congrats on getting DD her clothes! I know what you mean. My DD wears the same things over and over until I have to throw them away (when she's not looking).

I did do the "mail stop" thing.

We are going diving/snorkeling in Cozumel with Eagel Ray Divers.

Greetings from NJ! I just now found this site/forum and I'm sooo bummed I didn't know about you all sooner. My famliy and I (Hannah age 9, Eleanor Age 6 and my wife Jennifer) will be doing our 2nd Disney Cruise 10/11 and can't wait. Just hope no Norwalk virus this year. We were on the 1st cruise last year that had the outbreak.

I don't know If I'll have enough time to go through all the posts in this thread before we leave for vaca (Wednesday, spending 3 days in Orlando first) but I'll do my best. I really wish we'd had more time here so we could have gotten to know some of you beforehand. Are there any planned get-togethers on board?

Welcome Mherbedeen...aka Michael and family..we are from the neighboring state of PA...not too far from Poconos....GoofyNut is also from PA and I know Piglett33 is from NJ...where is Oakhurst?? We are flying down Thursday night and will spend Friday night at the Radisson.

taswira...do you know what time Disney Studios is open until and what time Fantasmic show is?? Just wondering if we could do this on Friday or should we save it until after the cruise..I know you and Amy go to Disney quite frequently (and I am so jealous!!)

Dan and Scott..are you also connecting through Pittsburgh on Thursday night or just the rest of your family.

Yes, Mary Jo........I believe you are the ONLY one that has not started packing yet!!! I just bought our travel candy, bottled water, paid the upcoming bills. I think I am set. I just have to stop the mail and we are ready.

I am so ready. I think I will be driving everyone I meet crazy.
I don't think I will be sleeping well the next few nights.

Can't believe we will be talking face to face Friday night!!

Better go and do something productive.

According to the Disney website MGM is open from 9am-7:30pm on Friday with Fantasmic at 7:30pm. Actually the same times on Saturday the 18th too.

Dan-- No idea on your picture problem. Sorry. You're very welcome for the coupons! I'd much rather have someone use them instead of tossing them when they expire.

Nancy & George (Windermere)-- So sorry you won't be able to joiin us on the cruise. Best of luck with the new jobs, new house, etc. You'll have so much fun on your back-to-back-to back next year!

Well, the guys got DD and her family almost all moved from the apartment into the new house. Yippee!! Now we won't have to kennel the dog! They're also coming by to take care of the cat, guinea pig and mail while we're gone.

Mike-- Congrats on getting #6800!

Off and running... so much to do! All you cruise veterans, please tell me this packing stuff gets easier after the first time!!

I feel like I am packing a TON! I have to pack all the medicines, and bathroom things for four people. Along with my clothes.

I like what someone said here......."if I forget something I know someone from my DIS family will have it!!"
