crt ressie at 8:20am...what time done?

any thoughts? our ressies are for 8:20am. how close are we likely to be seated by that time? will we be done for 9am rope drop, or is that not really feasable?

It's possible but I usually allow about an hour for character meals.

They do rush you though, IMHO at CRT. The food comes pretty fast so all you'll be waiting for is seeing each Princess.

I would think that an 8:00am ressie and then trying to make "rope drop" would be making you feel very rushed. I am going to make a 9:30 ressie for CRT (hopefully!! )...so that we can be there for 9:00am "rope drop" and then mosey on up to the castle for a bite to eat!!!

My DH was there for "rope drop" one day on our last trip (me and DD6 never saw it!!!), and he said it was exciting!!! I am determined to make it this year.

You'll probably be done right around 9:00. The food comes out very quickly and the princesses come around almost assembly-line style and are only at each table for a brief time. Your timing will depend more on if the characters come to your table first or more towards the end of your rotation.

We had an 8:05(only three of us and my youngest only ate a cinnamon roll ) and we did not get out of there till 915-920... just waiting to pay the bill you have to count about 10 min.

CRT must be prepaid now, so waiting for the check should no longer be an issue.

We've had 8:05am seatings and have finished up right around 9:00am. We were are the "back rope drop" - - there is a rope at the back of the castle breezeway, right at the entrance to CRT, that you can wait at. You'll have a head start (for Fantasyland) on the crowd approaching up Main Street.
