Hello Blueberry,
We were at MK last Thursday March 18. I agree, the crowds were large but manageable. We walked from the Contemporary to MK by 7:45 for early opening and the entire area between inspection area to the gates was packed with people. Bus after bus, monorails and boat loads of more people were arriving, it is actually quite the scene in the early morning. I thought, it was going to be a very crowded day, but after the gates opened, the park swallowed the crowd outside. We immediately went to SM and although the line up was well outside the building, it moved well. Fast Pass were set for after 10:00am thus stand-by line moved fast. Within 30 minutes of entering the park, we were rode SM and were in line for Buzz. We did SM, Buzz, Snow White, HM, and Philharmagic by 10:30 am. At which time we got a fast pass for BTMRR. The other attractions we did were PoC, Tiki Birds, Goofy's Dancing, TimeKeeper, meet and greet Mickey and Friends in Toon Town then a railroad ride. The longest wait was 30 minutes for PoC and even though we check several times, Splash Mountain was not open due to technical difficulties, even though FastPasses were being dispensed. We had lunch at Peco Bills. As the day wore on the crowds got larger, but not enough to prevent movement around the park. We did leave MK around 2:30pm for the hotel pool. But we returned after dinner for SpectroMagic parade and Wishes fireworks. We also road SM, Buzz, Timekeeper and Indy Speedway before the park closed at 10PM. They was a second SpectroMagic Parade, that was still going after we left!
The next day we went to Epcot. It too was busy, but we got there early and rode Mission Space and got a FP for TT. We visited almost every pavilion in future world before noon and then in the evening. Wonders of Life pavilion was closed. We spent the afternoon in World Showcase and enjoyed most of the shows there. I do not think that we waited for any attraction more than 20 minutes. On Saturday, we spend the day a BB, there was large, but not overwhelming crowds.
The crowds are by far larger last week than off peak times like in early December or January and February, but not as big as I was expecting for Spring Break.
