Crowds in Mid-March

Can anyone tell me what to expect in mid-March? We're going the week of March 11th-18th. Please tell me it's not as bad as Thanksgiving week! (Our last two trips have been at Thanksgiving).

I can’t say anything about Thanksgiving as I have not been then but last year we were at WDW the same week you are planning to go. It was crowded but manageable. It was not as crowded as the summer months and the weather was wonderful so waiting in line was not that bad. We used FP whenever we could. We seemed to hit MK every night and during the parade we had the other end of the park pretty much to ourselves and got to ride Splash and BTMRR several times with little or no wait.

I'm hoping that March will be better too. We're going 17-23rd. I'm hoping for warm weather and low crowds.

We will be there March 8 - 18 and we've been during the same time in '02 & '04. I agree that the crowds can be heavy, but manageable. It will definitely help that Easter is in April and not March. The weather can be "iffy", though both previous trips were beautiful.

How about the beginning of March? We'll be in the parks from 3/1-3/4. How are the crowds usually around that time?
