Crowds during President's Day Week? Too crowded?

We are trying to pick dates for our next trip and DS has President's Day week off from school. How are the crowds that week?

It is pretty crowded from Saturday till about Thursday. Not "Christmas crowded" or "July 4 crowded," but you'll have lots of company!

We purposly avoided this weekend. But we dont have kids with us. Daytona is that weekend also. We visited once during that weekend for Daytona and it was busy.

The resort rates also change from Value to PEAK on the Thursday before Pres. Day. So if you can, try and check in on, or before, February 14th. and then you will get the value rate for your entire stay!

There is abig baton twirling competition held in Disney over Pres. Weekend. If we can get good airfare, we will be there then too!!!

I made our reservations for Feb. 11-17, so we hit the start of President's week crowds toward the end. Would it be worth changing the flights, etc. to move the vacation start forward a few days, maybe from Feb. 9-15?
