Crocs sizing help please

What is an M1/W3 equivalent to? I've looked at the size chart on the Crocs site and it didn't help
My ds usually wears a 13 or 1 depending on the shoe, but this is our first time buying Crocs.

It's a unisex shoe, so it's men's size one, women's size 3.

I would buy a juniors size 1. At croc website look under boys section- they have childrens and juniors.
