I thought so too.. A CSI episode or something and they were in on it together knowing they couldn't be convicted because there was no way to tell whose they belonged to? It was several years ago, I could be wrong.
And along similar lines, L&O:SVU just had a weird twin episode last season where the "bad twin" framed the other, who never knew he had a twin in the first place. I must've been confusing them in my head, because at the end my sister kept saying they caught his twin, the real Wallace got away! And I thought, no, they just had a twin storyline not too long ago... Oops, wrong show!

DH and I too! When the episode started, I was thinking it was a continuation from a storyline last season or something and couldn't remember which one. Turns out I think he just plays the creepy guy/killer on a lot of other shows we watch!
