Cricut points

So I decided to redeem my points. Thanks to a little encouragement
from my friend Jennifer. -Thank you! - so today was the day.
So I did just that. Some were missing points when I opened
the boxes. And some were the wrong amount of points so I
emailed them. But all and all I have them all loaded!! And I
have 500 more coming once I send in the paper work for
the missing ones. So here's my question? What do you all
get with yours? Does anyone have daisy chain? Or don Juan ?
And if so how are they?

Good for you on getting all your points redeemed!!!! Yay Holly!!!!!! I've got about 2500 points, but I haven't used them towards anything yet. Everytime I go to get something, I change my mind thinking they may add something better later and I'll regret using them now. I'm a hoarder of things and this is just another one of those times when I just hang on!!

I am the same as the above poster. I am a horder with my points. I have about 1800 in the rewards slips and 700 from my gypsy. I have seen a bunch of people get Don Juan so I think I want/need that one. Besides that, I am not sure. As DIT said I might have to save them until something better gets added.

Good question...I still have to send away for points from the older carts that count. And I have 890 pts, from the current purchases. My initial plan was to get Plantin, but that was before I got my E. So now I don't need it. I'm not thrilled with the exclusive font carts that are available, mainly cause I'm not thrilled with font carts now that I have SCAL. There are some regular carts I would get, but they are older ones so I don't know if it would just be better to get them cheap of ebay (Christmas Cheer is one).

cricut rewards points are the certificates you receive in new cartridges. They are usually 90 points. You can redeem them for misc cricut items, including cartridges. The website is cricutrewards.com. I know it comes with 'newer' cartridges, but I don't know how new they have to be. When you open a new cart the reward certificate should be right on top with a really long code.

I think I got either 700 or 800 points for my gypsy. I got it in October when you got the bonus 500 points for buying and registering before 10/31.

I think if you got your Gypsy after 10/31, you get 200 reward points.

Not super old carts. It's just carts released in 2008 & 2009. But some of the 2008 carts did not come with the slips with the points so you have to send the UPC to ProvoCraft, and they will send you points. It is just carts from 2008 and 2009. I only know this because
I have been on the web site today. My storybook did not have
a code on the box so i did not get any for that cart. I filled in
then spot on the website for the missing certs. And I just emailed
them to see if they will just email the codes to me.
So I only get 200 points for my gypsy? That stinks
you would think it would be more! See now that I registered
my points I'm getting greedy!!

I've got to get cracking and get our points redeemed! I printed out the form FOREVER ago (two of my "valid" ones didn't have the certificates inside) and just need to open up the other boxes and get the certificates out. Thanks for helping remind me - and which boxes to grab, so I don't forget any!

Watch out with the hoarding - I waited a long time to do anything with mine, waiting for better things to come along. Some of the cartridges I was thinking about then disappeared, so if don't wait on anything you're really interested in!

I ended up getting Don Juan. A lot of people I know love it - I don't LOVE it, but it's cute and I like some of the phrases and the other images they have on it. And I really don't buy any font cartridges anymore because of SCAL, but when it's almost free, then that's a different story.

I have Don Juan, like Suzanne, I don't love it. I also got some of the solutions carts. I ended up with 5 of them, I think and paid nearly $25 in shipping. But, now, you can pay with points for shipping. It's 100 points per item. I'm going to order the sports solutions ones, since M has played or is playing all those sports.

There were a couple of cartridges I wanted that are no longer available. One I didn't neeeeeeed, the other I just liked. I'm sure I can find something to use in SCAL, but sometimes, just plopping a cartridge in and cutting is sooo much easier!
