Because if you did, you would have seen that there are currently a lot of flights between PIT and MCO that sell for 6,000 points in both August and September. No flight information is available for December yet, which is why the OP qualified that month with a "maybe".

My point was that prices and points fluctuate on an almost daily basis (regardless of what OP has paid in the past).

So unless those trips are booked today, prices/points are subject to change.

Not 'subject to change', but definitely subject to selling out of the lower fares, just like any other commodity.

And, these fares will not sell out today. But they will eventually be sold out.

July usually has the best deals for september flights for us......it's nice SW let's you rebook and change for free. the whole idea of this post was to make everyone aware and hopefully others could get in on I hope everyone gets approved and gets free flights!

My husband and I both got cards too - same deal. His came the other day and he made a purchase same day - mine came today and I'll make some sort of purchase today - and hope our points show up soon.
We're going to disney in early may and I am hoping for all 5 of us to fly round trip with those points. Right now flights are about 7000 one way and 8000 the other way. Plus the 911 fee plus the annual fee of $100 each credit card.
Still - it will be a great deal if it works out for us.
