Yay the Rockies won the wild card game!!!!!

You should have seen the light rail trains heading toward Coors Field when I was on my way home last night.

Marcie, I don't watch 24 but you sure sparked an interest! Want to know more about this "date".

He really is a very nice guy. Opened his truck door for me, that kind of gentleman. Kinda shy but talked a lot to me. We just went back and forth between 2 bars on the entertainment district, because Melissa and my friends were at the club and his friends were at the bar that had the live bands. Then we went eat breakfast. He told me all about working on 24. Pretty interesting. I just never got into the show. It's neat that he's part of Melissa's family. He told me he had a great time, but I haven't heard from him. I'm sure I will run into him at the gym later this week. I would love to go out with him again. But you know how that goes. I do love my space lately too. Really I'm just trying to be happy with ME and go with the flow.

I watched a bit of the Rockies game at the gym last night.

Stephanie - I am sorry about your losses. How very sad and tragic. Yes, I booked the Eastern. That thread goes way too fast for me to keep up with it and it gets so intimidating. I will definitely talk with you more than just at the airport this time.

The thread is too fast for me, also! LOL! Every once in a while I can do a little *catch up* but, for the most part...not so much! In the past week I've probably only read 2 pages of their thread! LOL!
We have a private website for the group. I figure closer to the cruise it will be better to *talk*.

Can you imagine the Broncos game, the Rockies game and the news said something else but I can't remember. Downtown will be a disaster and so will the light rail. Jrsy, I bet you are happy you won't be packed in this weekend!

The Race for the Cure is at 7am Sunday, the Broncos play at 2:15, the Avalanche plays at 5pm and the Rockies play at 8pm. I'll be avoiding downtown Denver on Sunday. I think on Saturday there is just the Rockies game at 7:30pm and, of course, the Sunday game is contingent on them doing well in those first three games.

I went back to the dr. yesterday and they put me on Toprol for the palpitations. Hopefully, that will make them stop and it won't make me fuzzy headed.

Thanks, Sandy. We can take Cosmo any time. Instead of you just dropping him off though, why don't we plan on getting together for lunch or something to make the switch? I am usually off on Friday's. Most of the time Thursday too, but next week I am working on Thursday. Let me know what you think.

Count me in, great idea (I know I just invited myself, I am good for that)!!! I have Monday off and Friday off, but we can't do it next Friday because we are going shopping for wedding dresses with my best friend up North.
