is there a maximum amount of hours you can have? Which job gets the most extra time available?

Depends on the area you're in, the more variety of areas then you're more likely to be able to pick up hours. Merchandise, custodial, quick service and beverages are the top ones I can think of that have hours to be picked up. Have to let others weigh as well.

As far as I'm aware, there is no maximum amount of hours you can have. The hub lets you pick up as many hours as you like but it warns you against going into "double time". The hours available and whether you can pick them up depend on business needs for your location. Merch, quick service, custodial, and PAC are the easiest roles to get lots of extra hours. If you do hit overtime or double time you may have to get a manager from the area where you're picking up the shift to submit or approve the request. My roommate picked up a lot of PAC shifts and it is just keeping things orderly during parades telling people to keep moving or doing "pactivities" with the guests.

The most hours I've personally worked was 55 I believe and that was working in Darth's Mall for Star Wars weekends plus my regular location. I had a 14.5 hour day on a Friday. I didn't get done until 2:30. I was supposed to get done at 10 but I got force extended twice, once at 10 and once at midnight. It made for a great paycheck, and I got to explore backstage at Tower of Terror.

Generally they do not like CPs to work more than 16 work hours a day (as this will push you into double time) or 7 days a week. Keep in mind, with a 16 work day you get 2 lunches, so you'd actually be at work for 17 hours.

International CPs are typically capped at 37.5 hours, because of their work visas/classes. This is lifted during peak seasons.

And in case someone is interested - the minimum hours a CP can be scheduled is 30 hours a week. Of course this does not include time requested off, if you want to give away a shift or if you ER (early release) during your shift..

Is it possible to work 7 days a week by picking up extra shifts if approved as long as 8 hours are between shifts?

It is possible, however it is most unlikely, as it would cause you to go into double time, which is avoided at all costs!

It is likely however (depending on the area and time of year) that you could work 10 days in a row (5 days in one week and 5 days in the next week).

What is the current pay for CPers? Is it the same for all roles?

It was $7.67 for merch / non-MK. I heard Florida recently increased the minimum wage to $7.79. So I assume that you'll now be paid at least $7.79 plus the small bonus if you work at MK.
