CP dining package-what times?

I'm trying to find out exactly what times you're limited to for dining as part of the package for the CP. For example, for the 8:15 show, exactly when must you dine. And I know that for the first show, you have to eat lunch, but is there a specific time within the lunch period that you must dine to be eligible for that show? And one last question, if you're on the DDP, is it 1 TS credit regardless of which Tier resturaunt you take, cheapest of most expensive?

I thought I remembered reading somewhere last year (maybe allearsnet.com?) that the time frame for the 5:00 show is 1:45 - 2:45, and 3:30 - 4:30 for the 6:45 show, so based on that I would say 5:00 - 6:00 for the 8:15 show.
