If I need to cancel due to a positive covid test or possible exposure to covid, and I booked the cruise thru Costco, do I call Costco to cancel or do I call Disney cruise directly? Thanks!

Costco acts on your behalf as a TA so you need to call them.

And give yourself plenty of time to cancel thru Costco. Just did this a couple weeks ago. Took multiple hours.
