This is the update I posted on 8/18.

I also posted on Friday that I was sending a small envie of coupons expiring at the end of the month on Saturday morning.

And then yesterday I posted that I dropped an envie with this week's coupons at the 24 hour PO yesterday afternoon.

Long story short, you will be seeing 3 envies this week since you did not recevie the one I sent out on Thursday yet...Again, sorry for the error on that.

Love my husband to death but, sheesh, how hard is it to stop at the PO he passes every day on the way to and from work???? LOL

Thanks for reposting these updates. I figured I missed them as I haven't checked this thread very thouroughly since last Tuesday.

No worries and look forward to seeing those envies.

I understand what you mean about the hubs....gotta love 'em, warts and all.

We ran the generator this weekend and did a run down on what needs to be brought in. I am checking my battery stock and will be making my own ice bags this week. I don't think I have to worry this go around, but am taking it as a notification that it is time to finish the preprations for any unwelcome visitors we might have.

Just curious, Eyor~~~How often do you get hit by these type of storms? You sound like you've got everything down to a science so I'm thinking fairly often?

We are all set as well and ready to go if anything happens this way. Pantry is stocked, all water bottles are full, plenty of batteries and candles, weather radio ready.

I will be leaving on vacation next week . I don't think it should impact the train because I plan to mail on Sunday before I leave and even though the next week is optional (Labor Day) I still plan to mail but the envie won't go out until Wednesday.
