Just finished gnawing on our crockpotted corned beef "roast". UGH! Next year we're doing reubens with some nice meat from the deli...

What happened...wasn't it tender? It should have been if you cooked it in the crockpot. I just slow roast mine at 275 for 5 hours. It sure was good!

That's okay...: I have had the same thing happen to me several times! I always try to have extra coupons around for that reason. I buy extra papers and look for coupons on the shelves.

You will probably get a big one next week!

NYCDiane...The postman knocked on our door this afternoon & scared my daughter half to death. (I'm pretty much deaf.) He said all the letters from you wouldn't fit in the mailbox! (as he grumbled down the steps...) LOL! We got about 6 catalogs, a freebie package & it was our normal day to get sales papers.
