It was dry like the turkey in that Chevy Chase vacation movie...

My crockpot has been drying everything out lately. Things looks juicy when I take them out, then they turn to shoe leather. Maybe I'm overcooking? Maybe I need to buy better cuts of meat?

I only buy the Freichrich brand of corned beef; maybe there is a difference in brands? Who knows! Anyway, good luck next time you make it or you could just come to my house for corned beef!
